Carver is now accepting enrollment paperwork for the 2020-2021 academic year. Transfer students can download the forms and bring them to the school at any time to be placed on the wait list. All applicants must complete an Enrollment Packet. All forms pertaining to the enrollment packet are provided below.
The enrollment packet contains the following forms:
- Enrollment Packet Checklist
- Application Form
- Recommendation Form
- Enrollment Form
- Student Essay Prompt
1) Please print out the Enrollment Packet and Language forms and fill them out also include the supporting documents required on the checklist.
2) Send a completed enrollment packet to the school at:

Incomplete packets will not be processed.
